Join the Federal Hill Camera Network

We never connect to your camera and never see your video. Signing up tells the committee about your camera, your address, and how to reach you. You decide what footage to share.

What we hold is what you enter here: your camera and roughly what it sees, your address, and how to reach you — so the committee knows whose door to knock on after an incident nearby. We never ask for a login, a stream, or access of any kind.

If you choose to send footage for an incident, it may be given to police for that investigation.

About you

Are you registering as a resident or a business?

We store your exact address and pin position to work out which incidents are near your camera. Neither is ever public; the committee's everyday view shows only your block, and looking up your exact details is a recorded action.

Drag the pin to where the camera actually is — the front door, or the garage on the alley. This is what decides whether an incident is near you.

How may we reach you?

Pick whichever you are happy with. We only get in touch about a specific incident near you.

You can stop hearing from us at any time using the link in any message we send. Stopping one of these channels stops all of them.

Your cameras

Rough answers are genuinely useful — nothing here needs to be exact.

Camera 1

What does it look at?

A guess is fine — roughly the far edge of what the picture covers.

What it looks like from outside — helps the committee confirm which camera is which. Visible to the safety committee. Large photos are resized on your device before upload.

A screenshot of the camera's view. Visible only to the administrator — never to the committee — and deleted with your registration.
